Teynham Lynsted and Lewson Street
A 5.5-mile walk from Teynham to Lynsted and Lewson Street. From Chatham take the 101 bus to Maidstone then the X3 bus to Teynham. This walk can be found on the Ordnance Survey Explorer map no 149 Sittingbourne and Faversham. Return either via Sittingbourne or Maidstone.
Get off the bus just before the centre of Teynham and take the footpath near the Belle Friday Centre.
Cross the field 
and continue in a straight line
Turn left when the path gets to a road, then turn right into the village of Lynsted
