Bus Walk – Walderslade and Kit’s Coty
A short (4 mile) circular walk from Walderslade to Kit’s Coty and back. Take the Arriva route 176 to Tunburry Avenue Walderslade. A slightly longer variation of this route is the Bus Walk Walderslade to Bluebell hill

From the bus stop continue down Tunburry Avenue across Robin Hood Lane and into Tunburry Road South. This road leads into a footpath into Tunburry woods. Continue over two footbridges then past Cossington Farm and over Bell Lane.
The track turns into a footpath. Continue till you reach the woods. Turning right you follow the route of the North Downs Way through the woods ..
.. and over the high speed rail link.
Just after the bridge over the railway the path turns north then under the A229. Continue over the old Chatham road and follow the North Downs Waymarks to a bridle way. At the end of this care is needed at the road crossing. The route continues up a hill and past Kit’s Coty.
Continue up the the hill till you see a bridge across the A229.
Follow a footpath up a steep hill.
Cross Warren road into Frith Wood and follow the footpath under the M2 bear right and follow the footpath into Tunburry wood. Turn left to pick up the path you took on the outward journey.
